Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 48h/72h
Orders from Monday to Thursday are sent at 3:30 p.m., so orders placed after that time are processed the next day
Orders placed on Fridays are sent at 2:30 p.m., so they are delivered from Monday if the service is 24 hours a day. After that time they will be processed from Monday in order of entry.
You have 15 days to return an order, after this period returns are not accepted.
When returning it, you must include all its original packaging and sealing or depreciation will be deducted from the refund. Returns of products that have been opened, used or manipulated are not allowed.
Changes or returns of personalized products or manufacture to order are not allowed.
Do not forget to include invoice or delivery note in your return.
The return will always be made in the same way that the payment was made once the product has been reviewed.
Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer (postal mail, courier)
All orders confirmed from Monday to Thursday will be processed at that time for shipment. Shipments made after 3:30 p.m. are processed and sent the next business day, on Fridays they are processed until 2:30 p.m., after that time they will be processed starting on Monday.
Shipments to the Peninsula: 24/48h, for orders placed before 3:30 p.m.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 48h/72h
As a general rule, the shipment will be made directly after receipt of payment. The delivery period may be extended for reasons beyond the control of the parties such as force majeure, unforeseeable interruptions in production, intervention by the authorities, delays in transport and customs, transport damage, removal of important manufacturing parts. and labor disputes.
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. The customer ensures that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. Any costs caused by an erroneous delivery due to the indication of an incorrect delivery address will be borne by the customer.
Shipments will not be made to post office boxes, lockers, mailboxes, or hotels of any kind.
Returns will be accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery of the order. If the products are not returned in their original packaging, the depreciation that this entails will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be made by the same system in which the payment was made for an amount equal to the price paid at the time of purchase. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Returns of custom orders/products are not accepted.
Shipments to the Peninsula: For orders that exceed €30 VAT excl. Shipping costs are free, the transport service will be a 48-hour service.
Shipments to islands: Balearic orders vary depending on the weight of the shipment. The cart shows the prices automatically updated with the weight of the purchase and the shipping province. Any customs costs will be borne by the buyer.
No shipment pickup
In the event that a previously paid shipment is made available to the customer and the customer does not pick it up, Fotoluminiscente will try to locate it and facilitate its delivery as soon as possible. If it is not picked up within 7 days, the customer must pay the storage amount that the logistics provider charges. If it is not picked up within 15 days, the product will be returned to Fotoluminescente and the customer must pay the shipping costs.
We accept orders within the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, also to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and some European countries: France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom, among others. In Portugal only shipments are made to the Peninsula.
